Nevis Real Estate: General Information
Nevis real estate offers buyers a chance to experience a bygone
style of Caribbean living. This island in the Windwards is lush and unspoiled, with
scenery famously backdropped by Nevis Peak. Between its beaches and forests you
find a blend of plantation-era homes, chic beach pavilions and still some undiscovered,
prime plots of land. Though more difficult to reach, the owners of most properties
in Nevis qualify for unique citizenship advantages and tax breaks unheard of in
other destinations. Nevis real estate is a great option for those in need of a quiet
getaway.
